This local build already supports persisted mailbox creation, default-domain routing, and secure admin domain management. Once `inboxes.site` and your other domains are live, we can wire MX, catch-all routing, inbound parsing, and inbox message storage into the same system.

Public users can create custom or random inbox names on any active domain.
Admins control which domains are active, catch-all capable, or default.
Mailbox and audit data persist locally in SQLite, ready for VPS migration.
Admin login is rate-limited, origin-checked, and stored in httpOnly cookies.
Public inbox creation is live locally. Mail receiving and MX routing will plug into this same data model once your domains are registered.
